We are looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to be the on-the-ground presence for our New York office across six floors. Reporting to the Workplace Experience Lead, this role is responsible for creating a welcoming, polished, and highly functional office experience for employees and guests. This is a hands-on, white-glove service role for someone with strong hospitality instincts, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive approach to anticipating needs before they arise. The Workplace Experience Manager will oversee daily office operations, support the Workplace Experience Lead’s priorities, and continuously identify ways to improve the NYC office experience.
