Workplace Coordinator

Meter•San Francisco, CA
•$24 - $30•Onsite

About The Position

At Meter, Workplace Operations supports the company’s mission by creating an environment where employees can do their best work. The Workplace Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors and helps create a welcoming, supportive experience for employees and guests. This role also connects Meter’s office locations by coordinating shared systems, supplies, and standards. It is a fully in-office role based in the San Francisco office. The coordinator spends much of the day at reception, greeting and assisting guests, employees, prospects, customers, and vendors. The role also manages incoming mail and packages, maintains supply and snack inventory across offices, owns ordering from stock tracking through order reconciliation, and coordinates with other locations to maintain consistent systems and standards. Success involves learning the people and patterns of the San Francisco office, reliably managing packages and mail, and implementing an ordering system across Meter offices. Over time, the function is expected to run independently, anticipate problems, and improve workplace operations. The coordinator will learn to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of workplace issues, with the opportunity to increase their scope at Meter.
