The Workplace Coordinator is the face of Levitate’s Raleigh headquarters — creating a warm, professional, and efficient environment for employees, candidates, and guests. This is a hands-on role responsible for front desk operations, event coordination, vendor support, and maintaining a best-in-class workplace experience. Our Workplace Coordinator will be onsite every day and will often work independently, managing the front desk and daily operations with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously, with a genuine passion for helping others and creating a positive in-office experience. In this position, success means maintaining a Raleigh office that runs smoothly and consistently presents a professional, welcoming atmosphere. Guests and candidates should experience Levitate’s culture from the moment they arrive. The Workplace Coordinator ensures that office operations are organized, efficient, and proactively managed without daily oversight. Additionally, events, vendor relationships, and facilities needs are coordinated seamlessly and on schedule.
