Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the office and first point of contact for visitors, founders, investors, and VIP guests
  • Create a welcoming, polished, and hospitality-driven office environment
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring the space is organized, fully stocked, and running efficiently
  • Coordinate office vendors, facilities requests, repairs, and maintenance
  • Oversee conference room readiness, meeting setup, and guest experience
  • Order and maintain office, kitchen, and event supplies
  • Assist with planning team events, internal gatherings, and office programming
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires and visitors
  • Partner closely with leadership and internal teams on special projects and workplace initiatives
  • Help foster a collaborative, positive, and team-oriented culture throughout the office
