This role serves as the premier front-of-house hospitality lead for ZO, the client’s global amenity platform at The Franklin Center. This role is dedicated to establishing a warm, inviting environment for tenants while managing seamless day-to-day logistics, administrative operations, and community engagement of the ZO Lounge. As a Rapport representative, the Workplace Ambassador embodies high energy, curiosity, and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" commitment to hosting excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, guest services, or front-of-house environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and manage operations proactively
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems/platforms
  • High energy, team-oriented, and able to balance administrative and hands-on responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting events or working in fast-paced, high-volume environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-touch guest experience, including welcoming members, hosting spaces, and resolving service issues
  • Coordinate daily clubhouse operations, ensuring all spaces are clean, organized, and fully functional
  • Manage communications, including email inquiries, help center requests, and daily shift reporting
  • Execute and support events end-to-end, including setup, coordination, and member engagement
  • Partner with property management on facility needs, inventory, and maintenance requests
  • Track space usage, member engagement, and communicate schedules across building teams
