Working Supervisor - painting, waterproofing, sealants, coatings-

Lee & Cates Glass, Inc.Jacksonville, FL
Onsite

About The Position

This is not a desk job and not a “stand back and supervise” position. The Working Supervisor is a hands-on leader who works alongside the crew every day while also directing and managing the jobsite. This role requires someone who leads from the front—demonstrating craftsmanship, setting the pace, and ensuring quality through direct involvement in the work. You will be expected to actively perform the same skilled tasks as your team—painting, waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and cleaning—while also overseeing safety, production, and job execution. The core expectation is to lead by doing, spending the majority of your time in the field performing work alongside your crew, setting the standard for work ethic, quality, and efficiency, and teaching and correcting in real time through demonstration, not just instruction. You will take ownership of the job as if you are the most accountable person on site.
