Requirements

  • 5-10 Years Construction Experience in a supervisory capacity within the Waterproofing Industry
  • Member of BAC Local 15
  • Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
  • Advanced planning skills for establishing maximum productivity of workforce, materials, and equipment
  • Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS office package
  • Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of safety compliance regulations and commitment to a safe work environment
  • The ability to lead and motivate groups and individuals
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Must complete a satisfactory criminal background check

Responsibilities

  • Attend bid reviews and hand off/kick off meetings to advise on labor requirements and production challenges
  • Attend weekly production meetings.
  • Ensure that all revisions/change orders are properly documented and accounted for
  • Daily review with Production/Project Manager on project progress
  • Ensure all proper relevant paperwork is reviewed and given to the foremen
  • Completion of various reports, including Field Reports and work orders
  • Build relationships and maintain close contact w/ customers during project activity
  • Compliance with regional Health and Safety requirements and Flynn policies
  • Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements w/ regular visits to project sites
  • Order and manage Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distribution
  • Scheduling, alignment, and time management of field crews
  • Attend jobsite meetings including final inspections, where possible or necessary.
