Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable performing physical labor and lifting/carrying heavy materials
- Ability to work in a variety of environments (indoors, outdoors, basements, crawl spaces)
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with basement and foundation waterproofing projects
- Carry materials and equipment to and from job sites, including heavy buckets
- Support the crew with digging, prep work, and installation tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
