About The Position

Allegiance is hiring a Working Janitorial Supervisor for a manufacturing facility. The role manages an assigned shift or site, oversees janitorial staff and daily cleaning operations, and performs cleaning duties when needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. On-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• Cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in the janitorial field.
• Experience managing janitorial operations.
• Proven ability to motivate and train staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong service and quality mindset.
• Professionalism.
• Proven computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned shift or site.
• Interview, hire, and train janitorial staff.
• Oversee cleaners’ daily workflow and schedule assignments.
• Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs and cleaning inspections.
• Fill in when needed and perform other related duties.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and facility personnel to ensure their needs and requirements related to the security contract are being satisfied.
• Demonstrate and promote the company’s culture, values, and management philosophy.
