About The Position

The Working Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily janitorial operations across multiple job sites within the Orlando area. This is a hands-on role, requiring the Supervisor to actively work alongside team members while ensuring all locations meet company and client standards. The position requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple locations in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Requirements

  • Must currently reside in the Orlando, FL area (REQUIRED)
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in janitorial, cleaning, or similar field operations
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel daily
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate cleaning equipment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with timekeeping systems (eHub or similar)
  • Experience in multi-location or high-volume environments

Responsibilities

  • Supervise janitorial staff across multiple store locations
  • Ensure all job sites meet cleaning and operational standards
  • Conduct daily store visits (minimum of 3 locations per day)
  • Step in and work alongside team members when staffing gaps occur
  • Ensure all assigned work is completed to company expectations
  • Train employees on job duties and performance expectations
  • Support onboarding and ensure new hires are properly trained
  • Monitor team performance and address issues as needed
  • Maintain a productive and professional work environment
  • Ensure employees are clocking in and out properly
  • Monitor attendance and ensure staffing coverage at all locations
  • Verify work hours and daily site activity
  • Perform site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Communicate with store management regarding service performance
  • Identify issues and ensure corrective actions are completed
  • Maintain consistent service delivery across all assigned locations
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and coverage needs
  • Maintain supplies, chemicals, and equipment at each location
  • Support recruiting efforts when positions are open
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
