Requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
- Train new employees on company procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Monitor production schedules, workflow, and processes to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs or coordinate with maintenance.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct quality control checks and inspect products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- Maintain accurate production records and submit reports as required.
