About The Position

Lead the Program. Empower the Workforce! Ready to make a lasting impact? LLCC is searching for a Workforce Development Program Coordinator who will play a key role in shaping construction career pathways while supporting a diverse student population. This is your opportunity to guide students from training to career success. You will be responsible for the development and management of grant-funded Highway Construction Careers Training Program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or strong, relevant experience or Journeyman card
  • Skilled at working with a diverse group of students
  • Ability to work with student to provide case management and educational counseling
  • Program administration including staff oversight and management
  • Curriculum preparation
  • Scheduling experience and excellent organizational skills
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
