About The Position

Segra is seeking a qualified and experienced Workflow Support Coordinator for a full-time, hybrid role. This position requires a minimum of three days in the office and offers two days of remote work flexibility. The Workflow Support Coordinator is responsible for managing pre and post-sales inquiries to ensure End-to-End processes are understood and followed. This involves a deep understanding of all pre/post sales processes and the associated systems/tools to respond promptly, achieve corporate and customer goals, and provide guidance on data flow and required fields for End-to-End process completion. The role utilizes internal systems like ServiceNow (SegraOne) for ticket management and SharePoint/Confluence for tracking reports and projects. The Coordinator will collaborate with the IT department on system/tool implementations and enhancements, represent pre/post sales processes, and provide or assist in training across all Markets, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for pre/post sales processes, methods, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior professional experience is desired but not required. Entry-level candidates with a strong knowledge of MS Office and a desire to learn are being considered.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all pre and post sales inquiries to ensure End-to-End processes are understood and adhered to.
  • Evaluate and respond in a timely manner to ensure all corporate and customer goals are achieved efficiently and effectively via process and systems.
  • Provide guidance to internal customers regarding the flow of data and required fields for End-to-End flowthrough.
  • Work with the IT department to represent pre/post sales process and workflow for all system/tool implementations and enhancements.
  • Provide or assist in training across all Markets.
  • Act as a SME regarding pre/post sales processes, methods, and procedures.
