About The Position

Coordinate daily warehouse workflow by using Oracle Warehouse Management and Excel to prioritize, assign, monitor, and support picking, inventory, and fulfillment activities to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient operations.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, inventory control, material handling, or production support role utilizing warehousing or distribution concepts
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Strong working knowledge of warehousing/distribution standard concepts, practices, and procedures preferred
  • Basic working knowledge of Oracle Warehouse Management preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience using a warehouse management system, ERP system, or similar inventory/order fulfillment system to review, prioritize, or assign work preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel to organize, track, or analyze warehouse, inventory, production, or order fulfillment data preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in an office environment supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution operations preferred
  • At least 1 year of powered industrial truck operation experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment preferred
  • At least 3 years of successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Oracle Warehouse Management, including the “Control Board,” to review workload, assign tasks to operators, and sequence work based on business priorities, labor availability, and operational efficiency
  • Export and analyze Oracle data in Excel to organize, prioritize, and dispatch daily pick assignments to Material Handlers, including expedited and urgent requests
  • Continuously monitor the picking process to identify delays, bottlenecks, incomplete tasks, or workflow issues, and recommend process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Organize, review, and track urgent requests to ensure they are properly prioritized and fulfilled in alignment with production, shipping, and customer requirements
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and ship confirmation activities as needed to support inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment
  • Promptly notify management of missing inventory, system discrepancies, fulfillment barriers, or other issues that may impact the ability to complete orders on time
  • Perform assigned duties independently with minimal supervision while consistently meeting departmental productivity, accuracy, and service objectives
  • Lead by example by maintaining high performance standards, demonstrating accountability and urgency, and consistently exceeding established expectations
  • Conduct physical warehouse inventories as needed, including counting, verifying, and documenting inventory quantities in accordance with established procedures
  • Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
  • Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training
  • Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
  • Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
  • Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
