Requirements

Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Technical curiosity and interest in systems, workflows, and process improvement
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution

Print, production, mailing, or prepress experience
Exposure to workflow automation, storefronts, data processing, or production systems

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams across Prepress, Data/Mailing Services, and Storefront operations
Ensure files, data, storefront orders, and workflows are accurate and production-ready
Improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and support workflow automation initiatives
Partner with Production, Scheduling, Account Management, IT, and Client Services to support smooth execution
Help build scalable, repeatable systems that improve quality, speed, and accountability
