About The Position

Imagen Technologies is building the AI-enabled teleradiology practice of the future. We operate the first vertically integrated medical practice and AI development platform focused on reducing diagnostic error and giving radiologists superpowers through industry-leading AI solutions developed in-house. With over $200 million in funding from investors such as Google Ventures and some of the largest clinical networks in the country, we are rapidly expanding this platform across the U.S.—from 22 states and 2.7 million patients in 2025 to more than 35 states and over 5 million patients annually by 2027. We are the fastest-growing teleradiology group in the U.S., and by the end of this year, we will have the fifth-largest practice in the country. We are seeking a Workflow Operations Manager to own the successful operational execution of imaging deployments across new and existing customer sites, including primary care practices, subspecialty groups, and hospital systems. In this role, you serve as the architect of workflow execution—responsible for ensuring workflows, data flows, and operational processes are clearly defined, validated, and successfully translated into day-to-day clinical operations. You act as the workflow integrator across Clinical Systems, Integrations, Engineering, and customer teams, ensuring alignment, readiness, and seamless execution from deployment through post-Go-Live stabilization. You own workflow integrity, adoption, and performance—ensuring what is designed is executable, scalable, and continuously improved. Note, this role requires travel 50-60% of the time.

  • Exposure to healthcare data flows (HL7, DICOM, integrations)
  • Experience supporting hospital systems or multi-site healthcare environments
  • Background in workflow optimization, automation, or process standardization

Responsibilities

  • Own the definition, validation, and operationalization of workflows across deployments and post-Go-Live environments

  • Coordinate training and ensure frontline readiness (especially technologists and clinical staff)
  • Identify and escalate workflow risks that may impact Go-Live success or imaging performance
  • Monitor performance trends and drive root cause analysis
