About The Position

This position manages and clarifies PowerPoint projects by communicating between clients and the team’s production associates. The Workflow Coordinator monitors client e-mail inboxes for incoming projects and sets up projects in a workflow management tool. They answer phones and respond to client e-mail utilizing professional and concise communication. This role involves managing and prioritizing projects to meet deadlines, assisting other Associates with questions and troubleshooting projects, and handing off or receiving projects from other Workflow Coordinators. The Workflow Coordinator reviews work to ensure quality and process standards and customer expectations have all been met. They also check work schedules to ensure all Associates have arrived for their shifts or departed according to the hours scheduled, and notify management about any need for additional resources or other assistance based on current project workload. Re-assigning project workload as needed, alerting management or lead Associate regarding any project quality problems, and updating management and team on project status throughout the work schedule are also key duties. Additionally, the role may involve assisting with project production as needed and understanding and maintaining International Security Organization (ISO) certification through Integreon-mandated training and practices. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be able to demonstrate expert-level skill in using Microsoft Office Suite 2010
  • Will need to have the ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers and scanning equipment.
  • Must multi-task and oversee multiple projects at any given time.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform accurately under time pressures and constraints.
  • Maintain client confidentiality while working in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative organization.
  • Communicate effectively with all Associates and clients in a friendly, pleasant and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be a problem solver who is able to work independently.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years in Microsoft Office
  • 3 Years Customer Service

  • International Security Organization (ISO) certification through Integreon-mandated training and practices.

Responsibilities
