Acrisure is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Supervisor to lead approximately four to six claims professionals supporting workers' compensation claims for municipal entities and self-insured clients. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Montana. The role works closely with the Regional Director to provide technical claims expertise, oversee claim quality, coach and develop adjusters, and help ensure claims are handled according to company standards, client expectations, and applicable state regulations. Candidates must have 5 to 7 years of workers' compensation claims handling experience, including extensive experience with lost time claims. The supervisor will oversee claim assignments and decisions, guide claims involving compensability, coverage, litigation, reserving, settlements, subrogation, and benefits, and monitor claim quality, productivity, and workloads. The role also supports municipal, public entity, and self-insured programs, leads team development, and partners with the Regional Director on operations and continuous improvement. Occasional travel may be needed for client meetings, claim reviews, and business needs. The required education is a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree, an active Workers' Compensation Adjuster License, and industry designations such as AIC, CPCU, ARM, or WCCA are beneficial or considered assets. The base compensation range is $90,000 to $115,000. The posting also notes that candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
