About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 1 to 5+ years of litigation experience to join our growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Roseland, New Jersey. This is an exceptional opportunity to litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation. Common claims we litigate involve repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims. We represent clients across numerous industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and more. Marshall Dennehey invests in its attorneys, providing mentoring, meaningful responsibility, and client interaction. While attorneys are not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial on day one, they will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates committed to mentoring and skill development. Through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, attorneys will gain the confidence and capability to grow into full case management at their own pace. Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills are highly valued and continuously refined within our litigation groups.
