About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 5 to 10 years of litigation experience to join our growing Workers’ Compensation Department. This is an exceptional opportunity to litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation. Common claims litigated involve repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims. The firm represents clients across numerous industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and more.
