The Workday Training & Organizational Change Manager serves as the university's functional lead for Workday education, organizational change management, user adoption, business process documentation, and enterprise communications related to Workday and associated administrative systems. This position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training and change management strategy that supports the successful adoption of Workday across all functional areas of the university. The incumbent partners with functional offices, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Enrollment Management, Academic Affairs, LSU System Workday teams, and executive leadership to ensure faculty, staff, and students effectively utilize Workday technologies and institutional business processes. The Workday Training & Organizational Change Manager develops instructional content, coordinates enterprise-wide training initiatives, maintains institutional knowledge resources, facilitates organizational readiness activities, develops communication strategies for system enhancements, and supports continuous improvement efforts associated with Workday implementations and business process modernization. This position serves as the university's primary resource for developing educational programs, promoting technology adoption, measuring organizational readiness, supporting change initiatives, and ensuring consistent communication of Workday functionality, business processes, policies, and procedural changes. The incumbent will lead campus readiness initiatives associated with Workday biannual releases, new module implementations, LSU Enterprise Workday migration activities, and institutional digital transformation projects.
