• Experience with business requirements documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough change impact analyses using standard templates for IT-focused projects (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Identify and map key stakeholders, preparing detailed stakeholder analyses
• Assess and document communications and training requirements for each project
• Collaborate closely with communications leads to develop targeted messaging
• Design and deliver compelling presentations to support change initiatives
• Provide clear, regular status updates to project teams and leadership
