About The Position
This role focuses on improving organizational processes, performance measurement, and business management analysis through organizational change management. The specialist will identify long-term goals and support the creation of processes to achieve them, driving change and efficiency within the Department of War. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and refining strategies, white papers, and presentations to provide clients with a holistic view of their organization and help them transform their practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a professional environment
- Experience working in the Department of War (DoW)
- Experience with strategic communications and organizational transformation roles
- Knowledge of Adobe products to create graphics and visuals
- Ability to synthesize and present information for DoW senior leadership
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience working side-by-side with DoW senior leadership developing strategies and plans
- Experience with technical editing and graphic design
