About The Position

This role focuses on organizational change management, aiming to improve how an organization functions and performs. The specialist will identify long-term goals and develop the necessary processes to achieve them, contributing to efficiency and transformation within the Department of War. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and refining strategies, white papers, and presentations to provide clients with a holistic view of their organization during transformation.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in a professional environment
Experience working in the Department of War (DoW)
Experience with strategic communications and organizational transformation roles
Knowledge of Adobe products to create graphics and visuals
Ability to synthesize and present information for DoW senior leadership
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience working side-by-side with DoW senior leadership developing strategies and plans
Experience with technical editing and graphic design
