About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Workday system. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and organizational skills. They will operate with confidentiality and focus on security. Additionally this role will require excellent communication skills and collaboration skills. The ideal local candidate thrives in a fast paced environment with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday module administration optimization, integration, implementation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive experience in the Benefits/Payroll modules.
  • 1+ year of project management experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Workday Security

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Payroll, Benefits, and ideally one other functional area to identify development areas and provide technical solutions utilizing People systems and technology.
  • Work with functional leaders and SMEs in the People team to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and positively impact customer experience.
  • Provide support for Workday upgrades and enhancements, including prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support model design.
  • Review system configuration, business processes, and prepare load files to ensure smooth operation of processes.
  • Create basic and advanced custom reports, extract data requests, and process large, critical data sets with a high level of accuracy.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience by troubleshooting complex problems and investigating and resolving errors quickly and efficiently.
  • Collect, document, and maintain security requirements and policies for user-level access to People applications.
