This role provides support for the Success Factors/Workday Learning Management System (LMS), focusing on assigning compliance and regulatory courses globally. The administrator will manage LMS completions, corrections, course scheduling, assignment profiles, e-learning content creation, and reporting setup. They will also troubleshoot LMS system issues and collaborate with HR and other administrators to create, redesign, or automate custom reports using advanced Excel skills. Additionally, the role involves designing and maintaining Talent Development SharePoint sites, creating surveys with MS Forms, auditing data in Workday and SuccessFactors, advertising workshops, tracking attendees for leadership courses, managing invoices and expense reports, and providing logistical support for talent development programs.
