This role provides Success Factors/Workday Learning Management System (LMS) support by assigning compliance and regulatory mandatory courses for global and other audiences. The administrator will manage LMS completions and corrections of courses for clients. Responsibilities include scheduling LMS course offerings, setting up assignment profiles, creating e-learning content, and reporting setup. The role also involves troubleshooting the LMS system for course errors, partnering with HR and other LMS administrators to create, redesign, or automate custom reports using advanced Excel skills, and fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests. Additionally, the administrator will design and maintain Talent Development SharePoint sites, create surveys using MS Forms and analyze results, audit data within Workday, SuccessFactors, and other systems for integrity, and advertise public workshops and leadership development programs using Viva Engage. The position requires tracking attendees and acceptance/declines for leadership courses, directing invoices for processing, creating and submitting expense reports, and providing logistical and administrative support for Talent Development leadership and coaching programs, including coordinating meal arrangements.
