About The Position

This role serves as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolving defects with testing, configurations, and integrations. The analyst will take ownership of the Workday platform, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly and meeting business needs. Responsibilities include training end-users, collaborating with the HRIS team for improvements, converting business requirements into technical specifications, testing production changes, developing new reports and functionalities, optimizing workflows, acting as a subject matter expert, and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in Workday system administration or analysis, with a focus on implementation and post-implementation support.
Strong technical skills and understanding of Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving defects in a Workday environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in an enterprise environment is preferred.
Workday certification is not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities

Convert business requirements into technical specifications and configure Workday accordingly.
Test production changes and updates to ensure they meet quality standards and do not impact system functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new reports and functionalities as needed.
Provide suggestions for process improvements and optimize Workday workflows to increase efficiency.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday, staying up-to-date on new features and functionalities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
