About The Position

TalentFish is seeking a hands-on Workday Finance Solution Architect for a direct hire, remote role. This position involves driving the design, configuration, and evolution of their Workday Financial Management platform to support a growing global organization's scaling business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years building solutions for a global organization using Workday Financial Management
• Hands-on experience with Workday Finance modules including Core Financials, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Adaptive Planning, Expenses, Projects, and Reporting
• Familiarity with Workday integration solutions — direct and via middleware
• Strong knowledge of global Finance business processes and reporting needs
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into Workday configuration and technology solutions
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Extend and Accounting Center experience a plus
• CPA or similar certification a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on configuration of Workday Finance modules and guide support team members in evaluating configuration options
• Execute roadmap deliverables and in-flight initiative capabilities in alignment with Finance stakeholder goals
• Partner with Finance leaders to understand business objectives and identify Workday optimization opportunities
• Document business requirements and design appropriate Workday and related technology solutions
• Provide guidance on building interfaces between Workday and other Finance and corporate systems
• Collaborate with the Finance Project Lead and Program Management to plan and prioritize upcoming initiatives
