About The Position

Strada's Workday Professional Services organization delivers global implementations of Workday and related applications, partnering with clients worldwide to drive successful data driven outcomes at scale. To support this mission, the Project Delivery practice operates across a large and complex global portfolio of concurrent engagements, requiring data-driven leadership, strong operational discipline, and rigorous operational governance. Reporting directly to the Project Delivery Practice Leader, this role provides enterprise data and analytics for the practice, including strategic oversight of Workday operational management and data audits to accurately create that data. The position is accountable for enabling effective management of the Workday Practice through high‑confidence, decision‑ready data, while establishing and sustaining the operational analytics framework that underpins executive decision‑making. Tracking operational performance on verticals using Data Analytics and OKRs are a key part of the role. The role will leverage technology solutions in Workday, Microsoft Fabric BI, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Excel (via Office Scripts) to produce accurate metrics for the Workday Practice. Success in this role is defined by delivering trusted, analytically sound insights that drive operational results, improve predictability, and scale portfolio performance. Equally critical is the design and institutionalization of operational practices that ensure long‑term data integrity, consistency, and reliability—creating a durable foundation for continuous improvement and informed business leadership across the Workday Project Delivery organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics or related discipline
  • 5-7 years of experience with data analytics technologies stack (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics, Snowflake, Google Big Query or similar)
  • 5-7 years of experience with creating operational audit processes to maintain and drive data accuracy
  • Ability to present data analytics and conclusions and solutions to an executive leadership audience
  • Ability to take high-level data analytics requirements from executives and transform them into data driven solutions
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel for data analytics
  • Ability to influence teams beyond the Workday Practice, partnering closely and collaborating with several technology teams outside the Workday team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, clients, matrix and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to create data auditing processes and reports
  • Elite meeting behaviors, organizational skills, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday, or other enterprise-level system software
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications or frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to data analytics request from the Workday Practice Leader, Workday Project Delivery Leader, and Workday Professional Services Team at large
  • Lead construction of new business analytics applications in Microsoft Fabric
  • Provide dashboards and other data analytics technology solutions to support Workday Practice Vertical OKRs and Workday Practice goals
  • Manage the bi-weekly Workday Metrics meetings to drive Workday Practice business results
  • Incorporate vertical metrics and OKRs into the Bi-Weekly Metric meetings
  • Provide leadership and management of the weekly Workday Metrics Operational audit process for the Workday practice globally
  • Drive remediation and corrective action based on audit findings
  • Manage semi-monthly Project Close sessions for Workday Practice
  • Maintain and manage project close session schedule, coordinating with Project Manager and Program Executive availability
  • Gather project close case study and project close data analytics
  • Manage the semi-monthly Accounts Receivable process for the global Workday Practice
  • Coordinate monthly meeting to review Workday Practice Accounts Receivable next steps
  • Provide improvements to the AR Dashboard which will replace point-in-time reporting
  • Advance the non-global North American practices to EMEA, APAC India, and APAC Far east
  • Coordinate metrics updates and changes with global Workday Practice leadership, with emphasis on Workday PMO Practice to drive operational changes through metrics
  • Provide governance and oversight to Workday time code practices
  • Provide plans, policies, and guidance to maximize the Workday Practice’s profitability
  • Manage active Workday time codes
  • Provide a work intake for timekeeping code questions
