Strada U.S. Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Workday Reporting and Analytics Architect to partner with Workday Product Management and Strategy. The role involves improving customer value through advisory, planning, and implementation of Workday modules and capabilities. This includes documenting requirements, mapping and designing processes, gathering system data, and converting it into formats suitable for reporting and analytics. The architect will lead Workday Reporting and Analytics strategy across all modules and tools, including custom reporting, composite reporting, Prism Analytics, Office Connect for financials, Accounting Center, Discovery boards, APIs, and RAAS. The position requires architecting comprehensive HCM and FINS reporting and analytics solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and optimal user experience. Responsibilities include leading project areas, managing all project stages from planning to deployment, designing and developing data integration solutions, coordinating the work of others, managing project FTE, scope, budget, quality, and timeline. The role also involves hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new colleagues, assisting with goal setting, providing feedback, assessing performance, and reviewing compensation. Coaching and developing colleagues through constructive feedback, managing project assignments, and guiding career paths are also key. The architect will participate in client sales meetings, interview business subject matter experts, and monitor team utilization to maximize revenue potential. Collaboration with Resource Management on project staffing is essential, as is developing processes and methodology within and across HCM and Finance reporting practices. The role supervises 3 individuals.
