Strada U.S. Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Workday Reporting and Analytics Architect to partner with Workday Product Management and Strategy. The role involves improving customer value through advisory, planning, and implementation of Workday modules and capabilities. This includes documenting requirements, mapping and designing processes, gathering system data, and converting data for reporting and analytics. The architect will lead Workday Reporting and Analytics strategy across all modules and tools, including custom reporting, composite reporting, Prism Analytics, Office Connect for financials, Accounting Center, Discovery boards, APIs, and RAAS. The position requires architecting comprehensive HCM and FINS reporting and analytics solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and optimal user experience. The role involves leading project stages from planning and design through testing and deployment, designing data integration solutions between Workday, Prism, and third-party systems, and coordinating the work of others. Additionally, the architect will manage project FTE, scope, budget, quality, and timeline, hire, onboard, and mentor new colleagues, assist with goal setting, performance assessment, and compensation reviews. Coaching and developing colleagues through feedback and project assignments, and guiding their career paths are also key responsibilities. The role includes participating in client sales meetings, interviewing subject matter experts, monitoring team utilization, and partnering with Resource Management on project staffing. Developing processes and methodology within and across HCM and Finance reporting practices is also expected. Telecommuting is permitted.
