Everest is seeking for a hands-on Sr. Manager, Workday HR Reporting & Analytics to help advance our reporting & analytics capabilities by leveraging existing technologies that follow industry best practices. This role involves championing data governance, data quality, and data accuracy, maintaining data definitions, and performing reporting audits. The position will lead the support, administration, and continuous improvement of Human Resources reporting processes and service delivery, planning and developing reporting and analytics projects, and delivering executive-ready reports, dashboards, presentations, and insights using tools like Workday, Power BI, and Excel. Responsibilities include developing Workday reporting solutions, conducting data extracts and analysis, reviewing system upgrades, serving as an SME for HR reporting, researching new Workday & Power BI functionality, providing clear interpretation of HR data, and partnering with team members to develop creative data solutions. The role also involves partnering with 3rd Party consultants for annual Government reporting.
