Strada U.S. Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Workday Reporting and Analytics Architect to partner with Workday Product Management and Strategy to enhance customer value through advisory, planning, and implementation of Workday modules and capabilities. This role involves documenting requirements, mapping and designing processes, gathering system data, and converting it into formats suitable for reporting and analytics. The architect will lead Workday Reporting and Analytics strategy across all modules and tools, including custom reporting, composite reporting, Prism Analytics, Office Connect for financials, Accounting Center, Discovery boards, APIs, and RAAS. They will architect comprehensive HCM and FINS reporting and analytics solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and optimal user experience. The position is responsible for leading project areas, managing all project stages from planning to deployment, and designing data integration solutions between Workday, Prism, and third-party systems. This role also involves coordinating the work of others, managing project resources (FTE, scope, budget, quality, timeline), hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new colleagues. Additionally, the architect will assist colleagues with goal setting, performance assessment, and career development, participate in client sales meetings, interview business subject matter experts, and monitor team utilization. They will partner with Resource Management on project staffing and develop processes and methodologies within and across HCM and Finance reporting practices. The role supervises 3 individuals. Telecommuting is permitted.
