The Workday Integration developer creates and maintains Integrations within the Workday cloud-based software platform. The Integration developer develops integrations with third-party vendors and other state agencies. The Integration Developer is responsible for researching, designing, delivering and maintaining integrations solutions in response to emerging Workday technologies, customer requests and ongoing operational changes. The primary purpose of this role is to design, build and implement robust solutions. This includes analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, training, and support of complex business and enterprise software solutions. Designs, develops, and implements Workday solutions focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance and Procurement. Configures and customizes Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations to meet specific organizational needs. Collaborate with stakeholders, such as Officers, Directors, Managers or Teams to understand their Integration needs. Stay updated with Workday releases and new features to leverage enhancements in integration capabilities. Adhere to data governance policies and best practices to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality. Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure the reliability of report outputs. Document integration requirements, specifications, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing. Conducts unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Workday solutions. Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, and web services, and core connectors.
