About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Senior Consultant to provide end-to-end support and enhancement services for Canada Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. The role involves production support, payroll operations, and continuous system improvements while ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Workday HCM, with focus on: Payroll (Canada), Absence Management, Time Tracking
• Hands-on experience in production support (L1/L2/L3)
• Knowledge of payroll processing, validations, and year-end activities
• Experience in incident management and escalation handling
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Workday certifications (Payroll / Time Tracking / Absence)
• Experience with Canadian payroll compliance and regulations
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments

Responsibilities

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for Workday Payroll (Canada), Absence, and Time Tracking modules
• Support payroll runs, validations, and year-end processing activities
• Monitor and resolve production incidents, including escalation management and root cause analysis
• Deliver enhancements, configuration changes, and system improvements
• Perform impact analysis for system changes and releases
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations and issue resolution
• Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices
