Vitalant is seeking a skilled Workday Core HCM Specialist to join our team in supporting and optimizing our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system following its go-live. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth post-implementation operations, continuous improvement, and user support within the Core HCM module.

Requirements

Proven experience with Workday Core HCM module, preferably in a post go-live support or implementation role.
Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication and training skills.
Ability to collaborate across departments and with technical teams.
Bachelors Degree required.
Knowledge of applicable business application(s) required.
5 years of experience implementing and supporting Workday ERP and relevant Workday SKU, required.
Workday configuration with a specialized focus in relevant Workday SKU, workflows, business processes, security, and reporting.
Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to gather technical and business requirements and translate into action plans.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, quality work within deadlines.
Candidates must have permanent, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a healthcare or nonprofit environment is a plus.
Workday Certification in one or more modules preferred.
Experience working with Azure DevOps preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Workday Core HCM system post go-live, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with organizational processes.
Serve as a primary resource for resolving Core HCM-related issues and system inquiries.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to identify, analyze, and implement enhancements or fixes.
Provide training and communication to end-users on new features, updates, and best practices.
Coordinate with Workday support and external vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades.
Monitor system performance and data integrity, conducting regular audits and reports.
Document processes, system changes, and support activities.
