About The Position

The Workday Analyst II evaluates, designs, and executes solutions to maximize the effectiveness of the Finance Module within the Workday platform. The role participates in system evaluation and analysis to produce operational improvements within the Finance vertical. The analyst applies functional understanding of operational and technical matters to independently design solutions, troubleshoot, and resolve reported system issues. The position collaborates with customers, peers, technical staff, and operations staff to help solve business problems.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of business operations experience in Procure to Pay, Finance, Payroll, HR, or Information Technology.
• At least 1 year of Workday sustainment, support, configuration, and implementation experience.
• A degree in information systems, finance, HR, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience identifying, designing, testing, and deploying business operations processes, procedures, and best practices.

Nice To Haves

• Workday certified or implementation certified from a Workday Partner; alternatively, willingness to attain certification within 12 months of hire.
