About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Solutions Developer to help HR, finance, and IT stakeholders get more value from the Workday platform. The role covers Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, business process design, integration support, and lightweight application extension work, including Workday Extend development. The position is 100% remote in the U.S., full-time, and direct W2, with an annual salary range of $100,000–$150,000. Candidates with at least six years of experience are sought. The employer cannot sponsor new H-1B visa petitions; U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of Workday technical experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday Report Writer, including advanced and composite reports.
• Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
• Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.
• Strong understanding of the Workday security framework.
• Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.
• Familiarity with Workday tenant management and the release process.
• At least six years of experience is stated in the job details.

Nice To Haves

• Workday Pro certifications.
• Experience with Workday Extend application development.
• Familiarity with PRISM data ingestion and modeling.
• Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
• Experience supporting Workday Payroll or Workday Financials.
