Workday AMS Leader - Senior Director
About The Position
The Workday AMS Leader sets the strategic, operational, and delivery direction for Huron’s Workday Application Managed Services (AMS) business. The role spans client delivery and service quality, revenue growth, people leadership, offering development, and the optimization and continuous improvement of the AMS operating model. It also oversees operational systems, reporting, and AMS-specific processes. The leader directs Huron’s Workday AMS offering end to end, including teams supporting more than 50 clients across higher education, research, nonprofit, healthcare, manufacturing, investment, and professional services organizations. The role oversees post-production services, including more than 1,400 cases annually and more than 140 contributing consultants, and advances business development, people capability, scalable delivery practices, and strategic initiatives in AI enablement, automation, delivery efficiency, and margin improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead Huron’s Workday Application Managed Services offering end to end.
- Direct teams supporting more than 50 clients across multiple industries and set standards for delivery quality.
- Oversee post-production enhancements, release management, functional and technical issue resolution, and application optimization.
- Drive business development, AMS pursuits, cross-selling, and revenue growth.
- Advance statements of work, pricing structures, scope assumptions, renewals, and AMS offering development.
- Build people and leadership capability through coaching, team development, and leadership by example.
- Manage AMS staffing, skills, capacity, and recruiting based on client and portfolio needs.
- Oversee operational systems, reporting, and AMS-specific processes spanning ServiceNow, UET, Salesforce, and Workday.
- Continuously refine the AMS methodology, operating model, and scalable delivery practices.
- Lead strategic initiatives in AI enablement, automation, delivery efficiency, and margin improvement.
