The Work Management Specialist I is the learner level, responsible for providing work management support for Distribution, Customer Experience & Services within established processes and standards. This role may also provide basic administrative support to multiple managers and serves in a non-exempt capacity, accountable for accurate and timely work results supporting safety, reliability, storm restoration, and cost management while providing quality customer service. The Work Management Specialist II is the intermediate level, solving more complex problems and providing technical, analytical, and work management support for Distribution, Customer Experience & Services. The incumbent uses independent judgment and initiative within established processes and standards, accountable for accurate and timely work results supporting safety, reliability, storm restoration, and cost management while providing exceptional customer service. This role may also provide administrative support to multiple managers and serves in a non-exempt capacity.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Work Management Specialist I: No experience needed
  • Work Management Specialist II: 1-year minimum required related work experience
  • Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

  • Possesses a general knowledge of applications used in Distribution, Customer Experience & Services
  • Exhibits flexibility and dependability during normal work schedule and after hours emergency storm restoration

  • Providing work management support for Distribution, Customer Experience & Services.
  • Working within the parameters of established processes and standards.

  • Providing quality customer service.
  • Solving more complex problems (WMS II).
  • Providing technical, analytical and work management support for Distribution, Customer Experience & Services (WMS II).
  • Using independent judgment and initiative to complete assigned tasks (WMS II).
  • Providing exceptional customer service (WMS II).
