The Work Management Specialist I is the learner level, providing work management support for Distribution, Customer Experience & Services within established processes and standards. It may also provide basic administrative support to multiple managers and serves in a non-exempt capacity, accountable for accurate and timely work results supporting safety, reliability, storm restoration, and cost management while providing quality customer service. The Work Management Specialist II is the intermediate level, solving more complex problems and providing technical, analytical, and work management support for Distribution, Customer Experience & Services. The incumbent uses independent judgment and initiative within established processes and standards, accountable for accurate and timely work results supporting safety, reliability, storm restoration, and cost management while providing exceptional customer service. This position may also provide administrative support to multiple managers and serves in a non-exempt capacity.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • No experience needed (for WMS I)
  • 1-year minimum required related work experience (for WMS II)
  • Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

  • Possesses a general knowledge of applications used in Distribution, Customer Experience & Services
  • Exhibits flexibility and dependability during normal work schedule and after hours emergency storm restoration

  • Knowledge of local ordinances, permits, and inspections
