Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Accurate typing/data entry skills; minimum 60 wpm.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Good command of English grammar, vocabulary, spelling both verbal and written communications.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in business, science, or related discipline preferred.
  • Knowledge of AdobePro Photoshop preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Formats, types, proofreads, and corrects reports.
  • Prioritizes workload to meet due dates, including STAT reports and special requests and may provide report completion updates to the team.
  • Creates CDs of images and formats digital pictures.
  • Assesses raw data and translates into report form.
  • May develop or review templates for some special testing.
  • May revise report templates as needed.
  • May perform calculations and calculation verification.
  • Works with QA, Document Control, Order Processing, and other departments as needed.
  • May provide backup for other positions such as other department Word Processors or Administrative Assistants.
  • May generate revised report TrackWise records and other investigations as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
