About The Position

The Clinic Director oversees the daily operations of For Her, providing leadership, vision, and direction to staff while ensuring the clinic fulfills its mission. The role oversees patient services, medical operations, financial management, staff development, and fundraising to support the clinic’s ongoing ministry and growth.

The director leads and develops staff, works with the Medical Director and medical team to support quality and compliant patient care, and manages clinic administration and finances. The role also leads fundraising and community engagement, oversees ministry activities, and ensures programs and services align with the clinic’s mission. Clinical duties, including ultrasounds, may be performed when the director is qualified and trained.

Requirements

• College degree required.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in a similar leadership role.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical operations, basic bookkeeping, and purchasing practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Must be a member of Trinity Church and demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of the ministry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and disciple staff while fostering a mission-focused, prayer-centered environment.
• Partner with the Medical Director and medical team to ensure quality patient care, regulatory compliance, accurate medical records, infection control, and quality assurance.
• Perform clinical duties, including ultrasounds, when qualified and trained.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, budgeting, purchasing, contracts, reporting, recordkeeping, and facility presentation.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies, cultivate donor relationships, and coordinate major events.
• Oversee marketing, public relations, and community outreach.
• Ensure programs and services align with the clinic’s mission, coordinate ministry activities, and support the spiritual development of staff and clients.
