About The Position

Join an energy services provider as a WL Field Specialist - Slickline, delivering safe, efficient, and reliable wireline services to customers in the Gulf region. The position is part of an offshore field team and focuses on operational excellence and continuous improvement. The role is based in the offshore Gulf environment, with the listed location of Lafayette, Louisiana; candidates are expected to be located in Louisiana or the Houston area. The schedule is 12 hours per day, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Compensation is $35 to $50 per hour.

Requirements

Offshore Gulf field experience.
Valid TWIC card or proof of application; provide the receipt if the application is in process.
Strong commitment to HSE standards and safety procedures.
Experience with service delivery execution and risk management.
Located in Louisiana or the Houston area.

Responsibilities

Execute and deliver wireline slickline service jobs safely, accurately, and on time.
Maintain operational standards and comply with company and regulatory policies.
Identify and implement service delivery improvements and standard work practices.
Manage risk and participate in job risk analyses and continual improvement programs.
Foster customer relationships to promote company products and services.
Conduct regular wellsite inspections and self-assessments.
Participate in Service Quality Meetings and drive improvements through actionable plans.
Uphold HSE standards by wearing PPE and participating in safety initiatives and required training.
