About The Position

Nextiva is hiring a Field Marketing Specialist to lead field marketing for an assigned portfolio of 25–40 channel partners and direct go-to-market execution for new product and service launches. The specialist evaluates partner business objectives, market position, and pipeline performance to determine programs that will generate pipeline. The role includes selecting and negotiating with vendors, recommending channel marketing program and budget direction to the VP of Channel Marketing, and independently managing partner initiatives. The Partner Certification Program is also owned end-to-end, including its structure, cadence, and content priorities. Success is measured by partner-sourced pipeline, with work reviewed based on business outcomes rather than methods. This is an onsite position at Nextiva’s Scottsdale headquarters, with an expectation to work in the office four days per week. Scheduling and flexibility are guided by the employee’s leader. Regular travel to partner and field events is required as needed. The specialist is expected to use AI tools to support event planning, personalize outreach, analyze campaign data, and share effective practices with the team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience selecting vendors and negotiating scope, terms, and pricing.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction and exercise judgment in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without authority.
