About The Position
Alliance Mobile, an AT&T authorized retailer, is hiring a full-time Wireless Retail Sales Representative in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. The role helps customers identify AT&T products and services that meet their needs and provides a positive in-store experience. Representatives sell wireless products, services, and technology, build customer relationships, and work with their team toward individual and store sales goals. The position includes ongoing training and opportunities for career growth. Base pay is $13.00 per hour, with average total pay of $17.00 per hour including typical performance bonuses; top performers may earn $25 or more per hour, with uncapped bonus earnings.
