About The Position

Alliance Mobile is an AT&T authorized retailer and a rapidly growing partner of AT&T, operating across 21 states with more than 30 years in the telecommunications industry. The Wireless Retail Sales Representative, also described as a Connectivity Expert, helps guests find AT&T solutions through attentive service and personalized recommendations. The role offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional and personal growth. Compensation includes base pay of $13.00 per hour, with performance-based bonuses and no cap on bonus earnings. Typical total pay is stated as an average of $17.00 per hour, while top performers can earn $22.00 or more per hour. The position is full-time in Cincinnati–Sycamore, Ohio.

Requirements

1–3 years of sales or customer service experience.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
