About The Position

Alliance Mobile is hiring a full-time Wireless Retail Sales Representative at its Christiansburg, Virginia location. The role helps customers identify AT&T products and services that fit their needs while providing a strong in-store experience. The representative sells wireless products, services, and technology, builds customer relationships, and works with the team toward individual and store sales goals. Ongoing training and career-growth opportunities are available. Base pay is $15.00 per hour, with average total pay of $20.00 per hour including typical performance bonuses; top performers can earn $24 or more per hour, with no cap on bonus earnings.
