Requirements

Proven experience building wire harnesses in a manufacturing setting
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (ITAR-compliant facility)
High school or equivalent (Required)
Wire harness : 1 year (Required)
Defense, Military and Aerospace: 1 year (Required)
Day Shift availability (Required)
Ability to commute to Norton Shores, MI 49456 (Required)

Nice To Haves

Defense, Military, or Aerospace industry background
IPC/WHMA a plus
IPC-610 Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Assemble high-reliability wire harnesses and cable assemblies for aerospace and defense applications
Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and work instructions with pride in quality
Perform crimping, soldering, routing, and testing
